The registration fee covers attendance of the talks, proceedings, conference material, meals (lunch, afternoon snack, no dinner), refreshments at the conference (6 days from Sep 20 afternoon to Sep 26 morning), banquet and excursion.

Please note that the registration fee does not cover any costs for the hotel and evening meals.

Early registration fee EUR 400,--

  • Early registration fee applies if we receive your registration not later than August 8, 2003 and your payment not later than August 15, 2003.

    • Late registration fee EUR 440,--

  • Late registration fee applies if we receive your registration after August 8, 2003. Late registration fee also applies if payment is received after August 15, 2003.

    • Accompanying
    persons:         		I will arrive with accompanying persons. The fee for each accompanying person is EUR 190,--. This includes meals (lunch, afternoon snack, no dinner) during the conference (6 days from Sep 20 afternoon to Sep 26 morning), banquet and excursion.
