Call for Papers

To apply for an oral presentation extended abstracts are solicited. Typically they should comprise 3-5 pages. Submitted extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed. Accepted contributions will be presented on the conference in a 20 minutes talk. They will be included in the on-line proceedings which will be made available in advance on this site as well as in the printed conference proceedings. In some cases, the oral presentation on the conference may include a live software demonstration. It will be possible to submit accepted papers to the refereeing process of Bioinformatics.

All abstracts should be submitted as Word documents, single-spaced and set in Arial 11 point font, or as plain text files including title, abstract, figures, tables and bibliography. For illustrating the desired layout, a postscript or PDF file should be sent together with the plain text file and accompanying figures. Postal and electronic mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers must be included. Submission of Word documents is strongly encouraged.

Call for Posters

Submissions for the poster exhibition should have 1-3 pages. The formats

are accepted for the submission. However, Word RTF documents are strongly encouraged. Postal and electronic mailing addresses, telephone and fax numbers must be included. Poster abstracts that meet these terms will be included in the on-line proceedings. Posters should not exceed DIN A0 dimensions: 0.84 m (width) x 1.18 m (height). The final version must be brought to the conference.
