Conference Fees

Registration Policies

Register before August 15, 2003 to benefit from the reduced rates. Registration forms received without payment cannot be processed. The full registration fee will be applied to any forms postmarked after August 15, 2003. Registrations received after October 3, 2003 will be processed as on-site registrations and will not be confirmed before the congress. In this case, please show proof of your payment or pay directly upon arrival at the registration desk. Tickets for the social events will be offered at the registration desk depending on availability. If fees have been forwarded late and have not yet been credited to the account of INTERPLAN, a copy of the remittance order, certified by your bank, will be required.

The registration fees will include the following services:

• congress badge
• admission to scientific sessions
• congress documentation
• abstracts
• coffee and tea breaks
• lunch
• Welcome Reception
• Conference Dinner

Please show your registration confirmation at the registration desk when collecting your congress documentation. Participants and speakers will receive a name badge. Everyone is requested to wear this badge for all congress activities. The badge is the pass for the scientific programme.

The registration as well as the hotel reservation will be confirmed only after payment has been received!

Methods of Payment

The registration fees for the congress, the hotel deposit and the sums corresponding to the social event must reach INTERPLAN at the same time as the registration form. The only currency accepted is the Euro. All payments must be addressed to: INTERPLAN GSFGCB03. State participants name clearly, otherwise payment cannot be identified! Please ensure that when payment is made by bank transfer that the transfer/bank charges are incurred by yourself and not the congress. The full registration fees must be received by INTERPLAN to ensure your registration.

Cancellation or Modifications

Until September 26, 2003, please inform INTERPLAN and not the hotel, about any changes regarding arrival and departure dates. After this date, please contact directly the hotel for any further modifications.
Please note: The hotel reserves the right to charge any changes (later arrival/earlier departure, i.e. lost room nights) received later than August 25, 2003.

INTERPLAN must be notified of any cancellation in writing, either by registered letter, by fax or by e-mail.
Registration fees/Hotel deposit/Social Events: in case of cancellation received:

• before September 15th, 2003: full refund, less 40,- Euro for administrative fees
• after September 15th, 2003: no refund can be given for cancellations received on or after this date.

Online Registration

For online registration please complete the registration form. It will be automatically sent to INTERPLAN and your data will be encrypted.

Registration Desk

The registration desk located in the foyer of the Audimax will be open on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday October 12-14.
